It's going to be an interesting week...L is having surgery tomorrow to remove a tube from her ear. They are supposed to fall out on their own, but for some reason this one decided to make her ear canal its home. It's just a minor surgery, but still stressful! I have no idea what her recovery will be like, so cooking/baking this week is going to be kept to a minimum.
Monday - Out (L can't eat breakfast tomorrow, so we are taking her to Sweet Tomatoes to hopefully fill her up good on dinner so she won't be starving like she usually is in the morning!!)
Tuesday - Birds Eye Voila Frozen Meal (Beef Lo Mein) & Egg Rolls
Wednesday - Chili Mac & Corn
Thursday - Mini Meatloaves & Scalloped Potatoes
Friday - Tilapia Fish Tacos
Saturday - out
Sunday - Peanut Noodles
